About Company

In 1982, the couple Henryka and Marek Musialik, then assistants at Częstochowa University of Technology, started their business in the field of plastics processing and toy manufacturing. The first injection mould was designed and made by the owner, Marek Musialik, PhD, after defending his doctoral thesis.

In 1989, on the purchased land in Wola Hankowska near Częstochowa, we built a production plant, introducing the most modern technologies.

In 1992, we expanded our operations and, in addition to toy manufacturing, we entered a new industry - machining.

In 2005, we were awarded the Quality Management System certificate for compliance with the ISO 9001 standard.

In 2006, we expanded our mould repair and reconditioning facility with modern machinery and a construction and technology cell, creating a modern tool centre. It has innovative technology and a design and construction workshop based on CAD/CAM software.

Today, Hemar is a dynamically growing company with more than 200 employees. We have qualified engineers in managerial positions, with many years of experience, relevant competence in tool design and production and a high level of potential and commitment.

Hemar stands for both technological and intellectual value growth. The implementation of innovative technologies and attention to product quality is our priority, and our experienced and qualified staff is our asset.

We are a family business. The second generation is now involved in the development of the company and has a passion for continuing the business.

The company's activities are developing in three directions.

The first is the production of plastic toys, such as building blocks, cars and sand sets.

The second is the production of metal articles and parts for the automotive industry, mainly discs, brake drums, hubs, rollers, etc.

The third direction is the production of tools, such as injection moulds, etc., based on the highest quality technologies.

Our tool centre makes us independent. We manufacture the injection moulds necessary for toy production ourselves, which greatly accelerates the introduction of new products to the market.

We use state-of-the-art CNC machines to produce the injection moulds, guaranteeing the high quality and precision of the toy.

We design the toys ourselves. Our design and technology department is equipped with 3 design stations based on the CAD/CAM system.
